Processing Time
All wreaths listed are pre-made and are ready for dispatch.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. During peak seasons (e.g., November–December), dispatch may extend to 3–5 business days due to high order volume.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship using trusted courier services. Delivery estimates are as follows:

Standard Delivery (Domestic): 2–5 business days

Express Delivery (Domestic): 1–2 business days subject to pre-arrangement at an additional cost to the purchaser
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Upgrades to shipping are available but you must contact us prior to ordering to adorned-decor@outlook.com
Packaging
Each wreath is carefully packaged in a sturdy box with protective wrapping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it. Replacement or refund options will be discussed once the claim is confirmed.
Custom Orders
Custom wreaths may require additional processing time. You will be informed of expected timelines during the ordering process.
Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates
To ensure delivery before Christmas, orders should be placed before our seasonal cut-off dates (announced annually). Orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once the order has been placed.
We only make exceptions where products have been damaged during delivery, or the wrong item has been shipped.

If your product arrives damaged or the order is incorrect, please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will then review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
